Return & Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, please contact us at ingleo0924@gmail.com. Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your request is reviewed and approved.

Please note:

* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
* Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
* Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at ingleo0924@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

* Sale items
* Gift cards
* Personalized or custom products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
